Free Community. One Pro tier for production work.
Editmamei Community is free, forever. Pro adds the production toolkit, with monthly, annual, or a one-time perpetual license. One license covers two of your devices, and Pro works offline between check-ins. If a subscription lapses, Editmamei keeps running as Community, so it never locks you out of your work.

Community vs Pro
When do you need Pro?
Community covers the everyday editing surface: documents, layers, the standard adjustments and filters, masks, selections (including Photoshop's AI Select Subject and Select Sky), shape layers and pen paths, on-device scene awareness, history, and visual verification with per-channel histograms. It also includes straightening and layer transforms, and content-aware retouch (Content-Aware Fill, Patch, Content-Aware Move). For most one-off photo edits, that is the full kit.
Pro adds the develop-grade and precision toolkit, the upgrades that matter once you're doing detailed or repeatable work:
Templates
Save the current edit as a reproducible recipe, then apply it to new images later, where the AI re-derives each value for the new photo and self-judges against the recipe's exit criteria. The whole template system (create, save, apply, verify, recall) is Pro, the feature that turns a one-off look into a repeatable house style.
Camera Raw develop, re-editable
The Camera Raw panel as a re-editable Smart Filter: white balance, tone, clarity, dehaze, HSL, color grading, optics, grain. The part that matters is the re-edit. Ask for "a touch less dehaze" a day later and the AI reads the applied settings, changes that one value, and reapplies. Nothing else moves, and nothing bakes into pixels.
Precision that lands where you say
The AI names a location the way you would (under the left eye, along the roofline, halfway between two boats). Local computer vision finds the anchors, a deterministic resolver computes the exact pixels, and an objective check runs before anything is applied, then drives the warps from it. Placements are measured, not eyeballed.
Deep local vision
A 468-point face mesh with feature-precise selections (eyes, teeth, skin, lips), and named-object masks that turn "select the surfboard" into a real, organic selection via local segmentation. All of it runs on your machine.
Objective template verification
Save a machine-checkable style signature with any template, then have the AI measure a new edit against it, with per-predicate pass/fail and a corrective steer for each miss. "Looks right" becomes a measurement.
Actions and scripting
Play your recorded Photoshop Actions, and run custom ExtendScript through the escape hatch when no specific tool fits. Your recorded Actions become AI-callable steps for repeatable production work.
Rule of thumb: Community edits photos. Pro develops them, places things precisely, and turns a look into a repeatable recipe.
